Visualization services for architects, developers, planners and designers; enabling you and your clients to see the outcome before the project has begun or at any stage of development. Hand drawn artistic renderings are translated from your concept sketches, blueprints, 2D drawings, or CADD files. I work in graphite, pen-and-ink, mixed media, and watercolor. Each provides a different character and level of detail. Every step may be closely monitored by you so that you are fully involved in the process of successfully communicating your design ideas to your clients.

3: An agreement is reached.
4: I provide initial sketches to you for review.
5: You choose the viewing angle, style and provide feedback throughout the process as to color, etc.
6: I will produce your renderings along with digital files!
